Share-A-Chef Wednesday

Happy Hump Day Everyone! Today I am sharing an all-time favorite for me, especially in the cooler months. Since the fall season is just around the corner I decided to share an amazing Macaroni and Cheese recipe courtesy of Alton Brown. Alton Brown is a celebrity chef, best-selling author and a Food Network Star! Brown states that he developed his cooking skills by watching his mother and grandmother in the kitchen. Brown is a regular commentator on Iron Chef America and a cohost on the tv series The Next Iron Chef. Alton lives near Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and daughter and he also is an avid motorcyclist. I discovered his recipe online and I have to say, it looks delicious! I am definitely planning it for the upcoming months!

What are you guys cooking this week?
