New Year, New Me
Happy New Year Everyone! I hope your holidays were spent with loved ones and I hope you all were able to create some new memories and cherish old and new traditions! It was an absolute dream celebrating Lilly's first holiday season, I can't wait to see her this year as she gets older and is able to enjoy things just a little bit more.
So, on with the new year and these so-called resolutions of mine. Well I am beginning the year with my mother and sister, and whoever else would like to join along in the 21 day NO JUNK FOOD Challenge! It is going to be hard for me but considering how much JUNK I inhaled over the holidays my body can use the change! I also have added 20 minutes of exercise to this challenge, it can be anything, but I will be walking! It is a great stress reliever for me and it gets me out of my normal day-to-day environment and rountine. I also will be working on being a better mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend!
I hope all of you have a beautiful start to this new year!
I will leave you with a great quote from Brad Paisley....
