Hey Guys! Do you ever just wake up one day and think I could be doing so much more for my self to make sure I am living the best possible life! Well I have had that realization recently and I want to talk to all of you about what my plans are for achieving this change in my life. Since becoming parents Gregg and I have always said that we want to be around and active in our child or children's lives. In order to do that we have to live a healthy lifestyle and be role models for our kids.
Now don't get me wrong we haven't lived horrible lifestyles but there is always room for improvement no matter where you are in the fitness world. So as of tomorrow we will be starting a new. Eating better, working out more and just overall watching what we eat and making sure our fitness takes a front seat to all of our lives.
I am going to share with you a few ways that we are going to do this. Now, this for us is not just going to be a diet for a few months, we want to create a healthier lifestyle for us and for Lilly!

1. Tracking My Calories via The LIVESTRONG APP
Tarcking your calories not only holds you accountable to what you
are eating but it is a great way to see exactly what you are eating in
a day and what works for you.
I am committing myself to do Zumba at least three times a week and then
on alternating days I will be walking!
3. Limiting The Amount of Sugar I Eat
This is going to be a hard one for me but I am determined
to do it. I am not cutting them out completely but once a week
is something I want to do!
